Cows United

Hosted by Photobucket.com
Can you believe I started this post at around 8pm? Austin had a pretty rough day and true to family form, he coped with it by taking out his frustrations on others. He's teething mightily and he seems to have a little cold. I refuse to believe his sniffles come from sitting outside with me yesterday. You can believe it, just don't tell me so.

Austin spent the day alternately crying and giggling. He spent no time eating, but used any time that was not taken up by crying or giggling for nursing. I felt like a cow whose farmer forgot to unhook her from the milking equipment. I imagine that cow would feel mildly hysterical and very, very hungry....at least that's how I felt for most of the day.

Must Get Sleep. But first I think I will go eat the jello that Austin didn't want. Yes, that's right, Meghan the snobby farmer's market shopper went to Walgreens and bought some jello for her son because he wouldn't drink any water. It was out of character but I will try almost anything for Austin. The cow would understand, I'm sure.
