On our way down the hill, he waved to every person, bird, cat and piece of trash he saw on the street while he held one of my hands as he toddled. At Trieste he wiggled in my arms while I drank my coffee and then we walked home while he waved continuously, whether there was a kitty in sight or not, all the way up the hill.
Austin seems to have a stuffy nose, which perfect strangers just love to point out to me wherever we go. Please note that I do try to keep my son's nose clean whenever possible but sometimes other things are just more important...like playing or reading or walking about with a stick, poking at things. The next time somebody tells me that Austin has a runny nose I am going to ask if I can use the sleeve of his or her snot-free shirt to wipe it up.

That is an "on-sale-at-Target" onesie that your little boy is wearing (I think). My son Carson had his on today. His dad has no trouble mixing stripes and plaids, so Carson had a flannel shirt on over his striped onesie.
