Buckwheat Tagliarini, with either roasted garlic, anchovies and grana padano or organic peanut sauce.
Meyer lemon granita.
Roasted pork with caramelized cipollini and triple fruit compote.
Thai chicken, jasmine rice and dry sauteed green beans.
Poached salmon with honey mustard, dill and capers.
Roasted summer beets, corn and figs with a balsamic reduction.
Four sisters wild arugulal, andante diary goat cheese, pecans and pears.
Madison Farm's heirloom tomatoes and house made mozzarella.
Britta's bodacious brownies.

And to think, we almost didn't go.
