Do you know what this image is missing, besides artistic integrity? It is missing Austin's Godmama Susie! I think we left Clare's house moments before Susie got there and boy do I feel bad. Maybe next week Austin and I can take a trip out to Bernal Heights and visit Susie at the bakery. How lucky is Austin that his Godmama is a professional baker? No promises about visiting, though. I may have a job by then, which is good, I guess. No, it's good. I just need to keep telling myself that.

Austin had fun at Clare's house, mostly it seems because he got to grab toys out of Baby Alice's hands. I keep telling Austin that Alice may let him get away with such things now, but that girl is going to be bad-ass (just look at her parents) and I would be careful if I were him. Austin usually says something like "ba ba wooo" when I tell him this. I am working under the assumption that he understands.

Oh, did I mention that Austin had his first taste of Icecream? It was vanilla, and he loved it.

Oh, and did I also mention that Austin pulled himself up on his stroller and proceeded to WALK it down the hall? Do you mind if I type that word again? WALK!
